Fans under warranty
If the fan is still under warranty, please fill out the form and provide the following information accurately:
- CBI job number
- Type of fan
- Production date
Please also upload photos of the fan, making sure that the defect or issue is clearly visible.

All the required information can be found on the nameplate mounted on each of our ventilators.
